Are you interested in new construction, but not sure where to start?  It’s important to start with a great Real Estate Broker.  Every home buyer should have representation whether going through the building process or purchasing a “Spec” or “Inventory Home” from a builder.

The building process can be fun, but it can also be stressful.  There are thousands of products going into every single home and hundreds of people involved in the install and craftsmanship of the home.  I’ve been working with new home builders in the area since 2001.  I have many contacts in the construction, sales and upper management at the local builders. This gives us a direct line of contact when issues arise.  I also offer years of experience in dealing with many types of challenges that could be encountered throughout the process.

Nearly every home will have an issue pop up while the home is being built.  That is why it’s so important to be represented and have someone that you can count on to contact the builder and get you through the hurdles.  Most people wouldn’t to go court without an attorney or to have someone do surgery on them who wasn’t a doctor.

When building a newly constructed home it’s so vital to have a professional in your corner.  Plus the cost is FREE!  That’s right!  The builder most often has a marketing budget that cover’s any commission due to your broker’s brokerage.  So there is absolutely no reason to purchase and not be represented by a real estate professional!
